Stephen is an expert in managing distressed and underperforming properties, with a particular specialty in properties which have significant issues or are difficult to sell. In addition to his day-to-day management and operations responsibilities at Citadel Realty Services, Stephen has, for over 20 years, been an active Board Member of the Jazz Foundation of America, an organization dedicated to helping aging jazz musicians with their housing and other needs. He is also a member of the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) and is actively involved in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
